If you have a lab kit and an order for blood work, we can draw your blood. If you have an order for blood work, but were told that we would provide the kit, please include those details below.

If you have vials that require serum separation, they will be spun in our centrifuge, and the process takes about 45 minutes, plus the time it takes to draw your blood. If your vials do not require serum separation, the process only takes about 10 minutes. You will be responsible for mailing your lab kit, probably dropping it off with your pre-paid shipping label at the UPS store. Most lab kits require overnight shipping, and overnight shipping at the Moscow UPS store has to be there by 2:15 pm.
