Our services are available Monday-Friday, 9 am - 5 pm.

Mobile any day, clinic hours only on Tuesdays.

We are not able to provide services in Washington, but are happy to schedule appointments for our Washington clients at our clinic hours on Tuesdays.

If you are wanting to schedule an appointment for a blood draw, please complete our lab draw form instead.

Please note:

You are welcome to complete this order request form at any time, and a nurse should be able to contact you within the hour during daytime hours, barring unforseen circumstances.

If an order form is submitted during the late evening or night, a nurse will contact you the following morning.
